Fill – er – Up

Over at the Chart House in Daytona beach are are million-dollar yachts docked along the inter coastal waterway, their Captains trading stocks with on-board internet connectivity.  Just down the street is a look back seventy years – this old filling station now serving cold drinks on a wooden patio.

  4. Wow, I remember passing by this place on the way to the Chart House with my grandfather. He owned a house in South Daytona. Those were the days. I shall not look upon his like again. If memory serves correctly, we passed by it on the right.

    • Yes.. the Chart House is less that a mile from this spot. That area needs a bit of TLC I think.

  5. This gas station was in a movie about some guys headed to fort lauderdale for spring break it was yellow then.. And the movie is not spring break it’s like summer break or something like that… Cool little bar now
