On the road…Savannah

with 2 comments

Traveling up I-95 we couldn’t resist taking a look at Savannah – we’ve never been there before… and of course – I had to scope out probably the most famous restaurant in that neck of the woods.

We drove 653 miles today… Made it to Roanoke Rapids, NC — tired, very tired!

  1. Savannah is a place I hope to visit someday. How wonderful to be able to drive through it on your way elsewhere. If I recall my geography, it take a bit of effort to get there.

  2. As between Savannah and Charleston, we much prefer Charleston, and stop there often.

Savannah is, nevertheless, a fine place.
